Marcia Abner covers Northern and Central Illinois, as well as Iowa. Marcia has nearly fifteen years of 504 lending experience. In that time, she has helped countless businesses obtain financing through the 504 Loan Program. Steve Lindsey covers Southern Illinois and the Metro East St. Louis area. He has been serving as Growth Corp’s Vice President and Loan Officer since 1998. Prior to joining Growth Corp, Steve was Vice President of a bank holding company in Southern Illinois. During his more than twenty years in the banking industry, he developed and coordinated the SBA and Government lending activity for five banks in two states. Steve’s level of experience is unparalleled by the competition.

Clay Lindhorst and Rich Beyers are the newest additions to Growth Corp’s lending team. Clay’s career in the financial industry includes over five years working in Growth Corp’s Chicago office. He has assisted thousands of Chicago area businesses with the 504 Loan Program, correlating to millions of dollars in 504 financing. Clay has extensive experience with getting your loan closed, and can answer even the most detailed environmental questions. Rich has worked in Growth Corp’s Springfield office for three years and his career includes four years in the field of sales/management and five years as a credit analyst. And, for all you basketball fans, Rich was a member of both the Fighting Illini and Redbirds Men’s Basketball Teams. Building upon his wealth of knowledge in the areas of commercial lending and risk reduction, Rich is now actively marketing the 504 Loan Program.

Steve Kirby covers the Chicago Metro area, as well as Northern Illinois. Steve has joined Growth Corp after fifteen-plus years in the commercial banking industry. With close ties to the commercial real estate market, Steve works hard to build relationships with both real estate brokers and commercial bankers.
